In the office someone was discussing the taste of human flesh, I don’t know how the subject came up, but there was disagreement about whether it tasted like pork or chicken.
So Google was fired up and it seems it actually tastes more like beef!
A post on the site Damn Interesting was found that talked about a company that markets tofu called Hufu, which meant to taste like human flesh.

This begs the question: Who did they ask to get the information on how human flesh tasted?
